By browsing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these legal terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use this site and place an order.
Product descriptions and availability
All items are sold subject to availability. We display photographs and details as accurately as possible, but please note that colours may vary due to your screen settings.
Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP. We can update our prices at any time, but the price you see when you checkout is what you will pay, even if our rates change before your item arrives.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, there is an obvious error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Any payment taken for an order we cancel will be refunded.
Payment
We require full payment at the moment you place your order. We accept all major cards and secure payment methods as shown in our checkout area for your protection.
Delivery
We provide estimated delivery times for your convenience. Please note these are not firm guarantees, as delays from couriers or shipping processes can occasionally occur.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
For eligible distance purchases, you normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us you wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to send the goods back. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process, return costs, condition requirements, refunds and faulty goods. Please contact shoplevelled@gmail.com before sending a return. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Authenticity
We take pride in our stock. Every designer piece is individually sourced from reputable suppliers and verified for authenticity before being listed for sale on our store.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The LEVELLED name, logo and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party brand names, trademarks and imagery remain the property of their respective owners. Do not copy or use protected content without the relevant rights holder’s permission.
Liability
We are responsible for losses caused by our negligence, but we are not liable for business losses or damages that were not foreseeable when you started using this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update our terms occasionally to reflect changes in the law or our business. The version shown on this page at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.
