We offer premium worldwide shipping to ensure your LEVELLED pieces reach you in perfect condition. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal tracking information.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your purchase is not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all LEVELLED tags attached.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
