DELIVERY & RETURNS

For eligible online purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the goods back within a further 14 days. Email shoplevelled@gmail.com with your order number before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Customers pay direct return postage for change of mind, fit or size preference. We do not offer free exchanges; return the original item and place a separate order, subject to availability.
You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. Handling beyond reasonable inspection may result in a deduction for reduced value. Please return original packaging, accessories and tags wherever possible; missing tags alone do not remove statutory cancellation rights. Eligible refunds include standard outbound delivery where required and are made to the original payment method within the time required by law. Contact us about faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods; where LEVELLED is responsible, we arrange an appropriate return method at no cost. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
